Ok, so people have quit helping me on the last, so I figured if I post a new one they'd see it's new and I'd get my problem resolved... NOW: Here's where I'm at....
First situation: For Outlook 2002 (not Express, gag): Choosing a POP3 account.. email: ashley magical-serenity.netIncoming pop3: mail.magical-serenity.net Outgoing smtp: mail.magical-serenity.net login: ashley magical-serenity.netand YES I checked the authentication box default servers are: pop3: 110 (no ssl) smtp: 25 (no ssl) Giving these errors: Find incoming mail server (POP3): Unable to connect to the incoming mail server (POP3). Please verify the server name in the incoming mail server field. If that information is correct, close this dialog, click More Settings and verify the port and SSL information on the Advanced tab. Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): Unable to connect to the outgoing mail server (SMTP). Please verify the server name in the outgoing mail server field. If that information is correct, close this dialog, click More Settings and verify the port and SSL information on the Advanced tab. NEWEST SITUATION: As suggested, I changed the SMTP server port to 26, and it worked fine.. for a couple hours... Then it gave me this error: Task 'mail.magical-serenity.net - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0D): 'Unable to find the e-mail server. Please verify the server information in your account properties.' SO.. I removed the account from my Outlook and tried re-entering it with 26 again.. now it's giving me the original 2 messages again. Nothing I'm doing is working. HELPPPPPPPP |

I don't think it was people stopping the help, as much as it was the forum going insane the other day and screwing up the threads and posts being made (if you notice, I posted in you thread before psfrog but was talking about what he wrote...which is impossible).
Are you running Norton Antivirus? If so, http://support.microsoft.com/default...roduct=out2003

Yeah, I did notice that, but it was my first post, so I wasn't sure if it was supposed to do that or not.. I didn't think so, but wasn't sure.
Also... Quote:
