Any chance of getting port 587 enabled for SMTP? - Page 10

Port 198 still doesn't seem to be working yet on sh107. I'm beginning to think this move of my personal site off my reseller account may have been a mistake given all the work it's taken to get set up again...

As you can see from the attached telnet session, no problem with port 198 on pass52.dizinc.com.

It does not connect for sh107.surpasshosting.com, but it thinks about it for awhile before the fail to connect comes up.

Traceroutes are similar but for an extra stop at the dimenoc.

Can you help relook at this?

Was wondering if I could get 198 enabled on my server also (I believe it is in my signature). My ISP has both 26 AND 25 blocked. I can receive mail but not send it.

198 is now set up on Pass33.

That is correct, I no longer have the account on SH107.

I currently also can verify that SH107 is open for port 198. It was not when I dropped SH107, but I didn't drop the shared account because of this. There were other items involving too many changes moving/combining some of my pass52 accounts to a shared account to make it worthwhile.
