Cox has a lot of ports blocked. You can either use their SMTP server for mail pickup, or, call their support and see if you can get another port unblocked.

Still no response on pass66, tried telnet to make sure and no dice or response.

Microsoft Telnet> open pass66.dizinc.com 198
Connecting To pass66.dizinc.com...Could not open a connection to host on port 19

Trying it from work now and its not working still. From here (business T1) I can access port 25, but 198 is not working. See..

Microsoft Telnet> open pass66.dizinc.com 198
Connecting To pass66.dizinc.com...Could not open connection to the host, on port
198: Connect failed
Microsoft Telnet> open pass66.dizinc.com 25
