I got the following message when trying to log into Horde:
A fatal error has occurred: DB Error: connect failed [line 108 of /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php] Details have been logged for the administrator. NeoMail works... How do I fix this problem? It happens with all accounts. |

This could be one of those 'hiccups' that occur every once in a while. It happens not just with Horde, but all kinds of other applications and usually fixes itself within a few minutes at the most. If you continue to have problems, email support...

Are you on pass? That's the server I'm on, and earlier today there were problems with all my mysql databases. I tried to use horde as well and it wasn't working.
