customise email layout

is it possible to customise the email layout like adding my site logo, change the color theme...

yea, you can just write it in html format

I think vinsign meant the layout of the webmail service, not actual emails (sorry if I'm wrong)

ya, I am refering to the webmail. So, any clue can that be changed?

No, users cannot change the layout of Neomail or Horde.
