Account No Longer Working in Outlook
Today, my e-mail account stopped working in outlook. I'm still able to receive and send messages on my ppc, but for some reason, when I attempted to send something using my laptop, I received an error message. I then checked the setting in outlook, everything looked normal and tried to send it again.
Same thing. Thus far, I've compared the setting on my ppc, as well as the settings listed on the cpanel screen. I've also tried deleting the account and setting it back up using the settings that were given to me. And yes, I've done the auto configuration that is listed in cpanel. Has anyone had this problem/know how to resolve it? |

Thanks for the suggestions. It turns out that it was the outlook. I installed the trial version of the new office package and it caused the problem. I uninstalled the trial and rebooted my computer. When I reopened outlook, it downloaded the latest messages for both accounts and sent the items that were in the outbox right away. Thanks again for your help.
