Deleted Email - Reappears

I have 20 mailboxes at one domain.

Since last weekend - there is something really weird going on.

Everytime, I delete the email - it re-appears in 2-3 minutes as a new email. It has been happeneing across all the emails in that email id/account.

Now I have over 50+ new emails which I am deleting every hour and it keeps reappearing.

What may be going on? any help will be appreciated at this time

UPDATE: Tried going via the webclient (via cpanel)... and noticed that I cannot delete emails in that account via HORDE

While the help on this forum is AWESOME, I would recommend submitting a ticket also if you haven't already. Can only help to have more people looking into your issue

And if something like this happens again you can refer back to that ticket for a solution

Wow!

I think I have stumped the support personnel as well.

Opened a ticket 24 hrs back
it has been escalated 3 times... no resolution so far

mails are piling up in that account !!

you may try deleting and recreating the email account, as long as you've got the emails elsewhere.

I did this.. and it worked... i was hoping for an easier option. Just had to do a big backup session.
