If you get that error (run with -D), you need to report it to support.
happened to me 2 days ago. After explaining the problem over and over again to support.. they escallated it based on the output of my -D, and said: " We have fixed your issue on sa-learn command. The DB_File module installed on the server was corrupted. We have reinstalled it. "

It's hapened to me 2 times in 4 years... like one file does not get properly updated, and *whang* the wheels fall off...

They ask me this on the ticket:
[i] Hello, I'd need the debugging output from sa-learn. I tried adding to your bayes file manually but it didn't throw any errors. Where do I get this information?

I ran the script with the above code from "Jonathan" and it ran with no errors. I received info on the ticket that they are still trying to find the problem. i am going to run it tomorrow and see if it still runs without errors.
