Mail Delivery Failed

I don't exactly know how to describe what my problem is, but the Main Account email address for my site apparently sends out tons of emails without my knowledge to er other email addresses. I guess most of these emails don't exist because the inbox is full of Mail Delivery Failed notifications. This is annoying. I am not even sure why I need a Main Account. Can I get rid of it? Can I make it not send out emails. I have no idea how this happened but I don't want to think that I am the source of some kind of SPAM or something harmful. Here's an example of one of the Mail Delivery Failed emails
