Can't download e-mails in Thunderbird

I've been using Thunderbird to access my surpass provided e-mail servers for a little over a year now and I've never had any problems with it. Just recently, however, I haven't been able to download any new e-mails sent to me for about the last week or two. I can send e-mail through Thunderbird just fine, it always gets received on the other end. I can also view recently received e-mails by using the cPanel webmail applications. I haven't changed any settings in Thunderbird in months, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Has Surpass changed an e-mail setting somewhere that I didn't notice? Is this maybe some sort of bug in Thunderbird that I should ask the TB community about? Thanks for the help!

I think they did change something recently. It may also have something to do with why I seem to have emails getting hung up. For instance, I was recieving 19 messages, and they hung at 9 and wouldn't continue. Then, I'd get duplicates. This was all in outlook though, but I wonder if it might be related.

Might want to check out your cPanel's pop/smtp/etc settings to see if anything has recently changed. Do you get an error messages when you try to receive incoming mail?

I'd open a ticket. This seems coincidental with the maildir changes to get ready for cPanel 11....

I'd do a search, but I'm too lazy right now....
