Is port 26 enabled on your server? It shouldn't be by default

William, thanks for the suggestion I was hoping it was something as simple as that!

Dan:
Not sure if 26 is enabled, I tried both 25 & 26 with no luck.

I have confirmed that his is an issue with Surpass and not that somehow my shop is not setup correctly - does anyone have any info on any upgrades Surpass may have been doing recently that would have caused this to occur? They continue to tell me that there is no problem on their end - however if I change my SMTPauth to use my ISP's info rather than the mailserver associated with my domain, everything works (slowly - but at least it does work).

It's day three and I am starting to get more than a little frustrated.

your further help and suggestions are appreciated.

Have you tried it unchecked? Could be that it is not configured for authentication.

Cowboy,
Yes I've tried both checked and unchecked with no luck.
I am now wondering if this has anything to do with the maildir changes that are going on.

Lovely.
After this all got straightened out at the end of June, I received notice that my server was being upgraded over the weekend...and guess what, the problem is back. This time its even worse because it seems I can't even implement a workaround as I did last time.

Anyone have any new suggestions while I await Surpass to fix it?
