Gid 99 is not permitted to relay mail

Getting an odd error when a few of our websites use a php form that emails the form to the web administrator. The message is:

xxxx

bellsouth.net R=checkspam2: Gid 99 is not permitted to relay mail, or has directly called /usr/sbin/exim instead of /usr/sbin/sendmail

Has anyone seen something like this before? I've only seen this a few times but can't seem to get my hands on any info.

Update: We found the problem (i.e. Surpass Support found the problem). We needed to change an option in exim. All is well now.
