Email Routing issue with Exchange

My clients are unable to send me email from their exchange server. My domain and their domain are both on Pass60. I have their account's MX set to their Exchange server. They are not having any other issues sending Email but when they send email to me they get this error message "<mail1.ClientDomain.com #5.5.0 smtp;550-Forged HELO: you are not mail1.ClientDomain.com our local domain and you>"

Any idea's

Surpass Support resolved this.
My Exchange servers Name where is the localdomain settings on the server
