Email issues with reseller hosting account

Hello,

My name is Jeremy Wallace, and I currently have a reseller hosting account on pass8.

I am frequently being bombarded with customer's complaining about their email accounts. The common complaint is that some emails don't come through, when they know that someone has sent them one. Does the server ever go down for a moment, and then loses the incoming emails?

Apparently the senders get a message something like what I have attached below.

All of my emails are always recieved through (my email is on pass8), and I never have any problems but my customers are convinced that the email accounts they have are faulty and are not recieving all of the emails that are sent to them.

What can I say, or do to either fix this problem, or to ease their worries?

Open a ticket with support. It seems like perhaps the mail delivery agent on PASS8 has either forgotten about your email address, or the target mail box is full...
