Am I sending spam?

When I logged in today to check my mail my inbox had 94(!!) new emails.
Most of them contained a message like this:

I don't know if this is just regular spam, or is something really malfunctioning?

Edit: The emails are sent to random email accounts I don't even have set up.

Edit 2: Nevermind I think I got it: Spammers using YOUR domain? Stamp it out.
I'm sorry I posted before looking, but I kinda paniced.
