Surpass again bouncing emails from American Express - Page 2

I see both sides but what I don't understand is why Surpass can't have a white list that the user can administer? I mean I appreciate the attempt to curtail spam but if I can't control what's coming to me then what good is it?

Of course I don't know how difficult something like that would be to enable but with my limited knowledge of such things it doesn't seem like it would be too hard to have some kind of white list check first and then, if it is not listed there the email could proceed through the rest of the mail filters.
