Sender Verify Callouts?
Can someone explain this to me? Is this why I cannot receive mail from within my domain? Support is working on it but not explaining what is going on.

I will try and explain what "Sender Verify Callouts" are: it is where your email server validates the "senders email address" by opening up an SMTP session with the sending server listed in the MX record for that domain. Some servers block callouts which can cause problems because the recipient server assumes it is an invalid address and rejects the messages being sent to it. This is particularly common for big name email companies who have millions of users. What problem specifically have you had with email on your server? Regards Jonathan

I have been having a problem with non RFC complaint servers as well that we need to get mail from as well.
Found a good fix on this site: http://www.mbrando.com/2007/05/11/wh...erify-callout/ |
