Default MX entry?

I've changed my MX entry but I want to test something using the default settings. What is the default mx entry?

For cpanel it is whatever your domain name is

if your domain is tester.com then

in cpanel use tester.com
if in WHM use tester.com.

Be sure to use the trailing period if you add it via edit dns zone in WHM
