Step by step instructions using Spam Assassin

Hi, can someone give my step by step instructions on how to use Spam Assassin and set up email filters.

I am currently getting at least 50-100 spam emails in my inbox each day.

There are many threads here about spam and most of them many pages long. I just want an idiot proof guide to "how to stop spam". That surly must exist somewhere.

Please help.
