Is there any way that if I go to neomail, see that I have messages, then exit out and return later, that they might be missing?

I'm being told by a gal using an email addy off my server that she went into her account one night, then had to leave, and when she came back, the messages were completely gone.

I checked the trash, they aren't there and she wouldn't delete them knowingly. Is there ANY possibility something else could have happened?

Thanks,
Anne

No one has it set to download to outlook or any other email program like that, unfortunately. I have outlook configured with my accounts, but this account was specifically made to check from the web.

Bummer!
