Palm TREO E-mail Help

I just migrated my companies' reseller Godaddy account to Surpass. E-mail is working fine for everyone except one co-worker who can't receive E-mail on his TREO. When I set it up it pulls old E-mails from the godaddy server. This is mad confusing because it's only happening to him. When I change the outgoing server to the AT&T server he normally used he can send but not receive. Please help!!!!

What are you using for e-mail on your treo? My last phone was a 650p

You should be able to set up pop service. Enter mail.domain.com for the incoming and outgoing servers and put in the e-mail address username.

I had about 8 pop mail accounts set up on my phone. But I'm not sure which mail client they're using.
