Sending attachment via Round Cube
Anyone else have problems sending emails out using the RoundCube interface and trying to attach a file to the email. I can browse to the file, and apparently upload it but it never really seems to indicate that it's attached and when I send the mail, no attachments are sent.
Note: I am accessing the webmail interface via cpanel proxy. Suppose I should try the other email interface options to see if they have a problem. Thanks, Mark

Prior to the cPanel instance of RoundCube, I had my own install. I just tried with my personal install, and it worked fine. After you hit 'upload', and it completes, the browse box changes to just show the file name, and a remove icon. I would say try it without cpanel proxy

yeah, it never shows the file name after doing the upload. I'll try it from home when I can access it without the need for the proxy. Not possible from work and many of the systems I remote into.

Going through the proxy is the problem. Round Cube works ok when not going through the proxy script. Hmmm... guess something needs to be tweaked with the script but what I'm not sure.

After some other testing, I've determined that Squirrel Mail will work for sending attachments and its quicker/more streamlined interface will actually word better for my needs.

Well.. RoundCube does work fine with attachments as long as I don't access it via the cPanel Proxy script. But, Squirrel Mail works out better because its faster. All I use it for is to send myself email with logs attached from system's I remote into that are behind Router/Firewalls that typically have many ports blocked.
