In remove's example all of your MX servers, including the Google servers, will be authenticated. Hence the -all tag. Just be sure that the Google servers are add to your MX records.

If someone could expand on this it would be great.
It seems as though if you enable SPF with out doing anything else it shows this: v=spf1 a mx ?all If you check the second to last box for "all" then it returns this: v=spf1 a mx -all In removed's example his shows this: v=spf1 a mx ~all So I have 2 questions if someone could answer them: 1. I know what v=spf1 means and why it is there, but can someone explain what the rest of that phrase means so that we can know if it is setting correctly? 2. Specifically, what is the difference between ~all, ?all and -all and are there any others?

v=spf1is the actual indicator of an SPF record.
The other values (as well as quite a few others) are explained here: SPF: SPF Record Syntax
