I just set up an account with you guys and I have read repeatedly that you support pop AND imap. I an unable to configure my email client to imap settings (Outlook). I have set it up, and I continue to get a dialogue box asking for my login and password. The login and password are correct; however it keep popping up that they are incorrect. Please help.

First thing, have you tried logging into this mail account via webmail? If you can login there, Outlook should be able to login using IMAP as well. Also, is this an email account you created, or the main account's email?

Ok, I have played with it for a little while. I think that I have it set up now, I sent from the account and I recieved it in another (outside) account with no problem. However, I sent an email to that account from an outside account and I have not recieved it (it has been about an hour). The account is not the main account it is a created email account. Any ideas?
