Okay, well, I have answered quite a few tickets about this from concerned users receiving bounced messages they never sent.
There is a new virus that was discovered on Jan 26th. It is called MyDoom. The virus is spreading extremely fast. View the article here and this one for a better summary of it. Also, the profile on mcafee.comoffers more information about it as well. As I have said, we have received numerous inquiries from users concerned that their domain is responsible for this. Please do not send a ticket to support regarding these messages. The Virus has the ability to "spoof" the from email address so it can make itself look like it is from any persons email address. Even our helpdesk is getting copies of the virus sent in and returned messages. This is a crazy, I know, but its the nature of hackers and spammers to do these things. Please make sure to update your virus software and scan your PC fully. Thanks

Here is the real story... it is a twisted tale of Linux and lawsuits and source code.
