E-mails sent from my father-in-law to any of my e-mail addresses are returned with the following message:

Support is probably the best place to go for this, because then they can view the message withouth the asterisks, which helps more with solving the problem since they can view the domain(s) you are talking about and will know which server they might need to look at. Here in the forum, we can see the DNS addresses, but few of us will probably know what server(s) or domain(s) they correspond to.
