Email submit forms on site do not work BIG PROBLEM

I think it is vital that all users are aware of this and an issue tech needs to resolve.
I have an email submit form on a few of my sites which has always worked flawlessly till I switched to servers here, now the enquiries do not get delivered (bought to my attn by a not happy client) they just get timed out. I raised this to support yesterday and they resolved it I quote "The mailbox asknn## is working fine now. We were able to submit the "Contact Us Form" in the site. The mail using script is getting through the email account now. We have attached the snippet of the maillogs for your reference.
The filter set for the account "xyz.co.uk " was causing the issue. We have backed the filter file for the domain and this fixed the issue.
Ok so now I try CoffeeCup form builder software on another site, try it, and the same again the mail is not being delivered. Can this be looked into as to why this happens?

From the sounds of it, its doing what happened the first time all over again. Support fixed the problem on the site, but if you create another form from that software, it'll just be the same problem until you fix it manually once again. You should contact support and see if there is a way to fix the problem from within your software. =)

Firstly thank you to support for resolving the issues, however I would like to know why the error occurs and how I can resolve it in the future and have been unable to get a simple answer
It does cause me concern that 2 out of 2 of the mail scripts I use do not deliver on your servers without applying a fix
Is it possible you could let me know how I as a reseller looking to grow sales in websites which need these scripts can overcome this without having to contact support?
Thanks

Thumbs down

Ok this is getting beyond ridiculous now, I have asked and asked how to overcome this issue I quote transcript below which is going around in circles (stinks of automation), and now one of the domains it was corrected on is now losing the emails again at the busiest time of the year for holiday bookings

Ian
"> Thank you.
> I have that contact script running on other sites as well, is the same
> problem likely to be occuring?"

" Dear Ian,
> > Yes, there are chances that problem would be same.
> > Please let us know if we can help you with anything else."

"The issue was caused due to unwanted filter rules setup for the domains.
You can remove the filter rules using your cpanel.
Cpanel >> mail >> user level filtering.
Cpanel >> mail >> account level filtering.
Thank you!
-Switzine"

So now I have yet another site where the form is not working can you PLEASE tell me how to resolve this myself you keep avoiding the question and I find it very frustrating

"Hi
There are no such options as user level filtering and account level
filtering in the mail option on cpanel!
Ian"

"You were using the X theme and you can delete filters using "mail >> Email Filtering" option in your cpanel."

So now I have yet another site where the form is not working can you PLEASE tell me how to resolve this myself you keep avoiding the question and I find it very frustrating

We could see that the filter set for the domain xxx.co.uk is causing the issue. Kindly remove the filter to resolve the issue.
The emails will be getting delivered, after removing the filter set,

Please verify this from your end and get back to us if you have any further queries.

How many more times I can see NO filter set to remove...if im being really stupid here then tell me please and explain why the mails on a previously corrected domain by yourselfs are failing again
I quote from coffeecup.com site faq

E-mail with Form results not receivedThis problem is caused by either your web hosting company not allowing send mail to work with php or your php is configured to not use sendmail. You will need to contact your hosting company and have then enable this for you.
