Email Forwarding Help
I'm trying to set up email forwarding.
I went to cPanel > [Mail] Forwarders > Add Forwarder... Then I typed in the address to forward and the email address to forward to. I set up a few of them forwarding to a couple different email addresses but none of them seems to be working/forwarding. Did I miss to set up something? Please help. Thanks in advance. |

everything should be operating normally, especially if cPanel did not show any errors when you added them. Have you tried sending test emails to the forwarders in question?
Give us some more details regarding this issue. As always, you can start a ticket with us via http://desk.surpasshosting.com ![]() let me know! |

I don't know what other details I can give.
There aren't any errors that I get... The email forwarders are listed with the email addresses that they are forwarding to... I tested all of them but none of them seem to be forwarding my emails. Is starting a ticket my best option at this point? |

Another test option would be to a) check the spelling of final destination b) use the path checker cpanel has included and c) test email from an obscure email address ie not hotmail / yahoo / gmx
