I have an email address on my domain that I use for anything pertaining to website related information, I use it when I sign up for things as well pertaining to my website and I'm finding that I don't receive half of the emails I should be getting from these sites - like confirmation emails.

I have spam assassin enabled because I was getting A LOT of spam email, and I have a feeling that some of the other emails that I do want to receive are getting caught in the spam box, how can I check if these emails are indeed getting sent to the spam box? I currently check my email via Outlook and whenever I log into my control panel and use the web mail to find the spam folder, nothing is there.

Any help would be appreciated!

I stopped getting any email's from my domain recently.... and I need to file my quarterly IRS forms & state forms which are (naturally) tied to my surpass hosted email account. How long does it take to redirect an email????/ WTH Surpass! My server doesn't even have SA turned on.

In the control panel, click on Spam Assassin and then you should see an option to access messages marked as sapm, under the SpamBox option. (At least I think that's the case. I personally don't use SpamBox.)

I would also suggest you either up the number of hits it takes to mark a message as spam or whitelist those senders from which you wish to receive emails.
