A few issues while trying your approach.

In your cron section, it should be "scripts" not "script".
Make sure you give execute permissions on learnspam as well while you are in the file manager.

Do you know if this only works for the main account (SPAM and HAM) or do I have to modify the script to work in all my mail accounts?

I'll let ya know what else I find

Thanks for your effort.

the script will search all mail on the domain (and subdomains too) looking for SPAM and HAM folders.

(and I changed the body of the message above - my directory is called 'script')

Froma quick google search, it appears I should

the solution was to delete everything in the .spamassassin directory - the database can get corrupt/broken between versions of SA being released. If you delete it, it will be rebuilt for you.
Did that work for you?

Update : I tried removing the other files in that directory except for the user_prefs file and still get that error message only during the learn portion of that script. ?? Somehow I already had 2 bayes files there.

Yes. It is most likely that there is some remnant of bayes database in there from the cpanel upgrade. That is why the script does not auto-delete spam. On corruption, the only solution is to purge the .spamassassin folder (except for user_prefs!) and run the job again. and again... until SA is 'learned'.

Well maybe I should take this to PM, up to you.

I added the '-D' like it suggested and this is the output

I get that for each SPAM folder that it finds. I am trying to goggle some help.
Thanks for your time.

Just an Update.

I finally decided that the problem was not on my end and gave surpass an e-mail.

As it was, the DB_FILE module was not installed on the server that I was on. Support installed it and now I seam to be able to use it just fine.

Thanks again.
