Your SMTP and POP3 mail servers should be mail.yourrealdomainhere.com. Your login name will be: youraccount yourrealdomain.comAnd also make sure to check the "My server requires authentication" under the Outgoing mail settings. If that doesnt help, let me know...

I don't know what happened, and I haven't changed anything to my settings, but I've had no issues for the past few days.
Let's hope that was just a hiccup.

I was having the same issue locating the mail server. The error wasn't in authenticating, just in finding the server itself. I had no problems about a week ago, but recently, it's not connecting. I talked with tech support live about this and we couldn't figure out a resolution. We did pretty much everything except throw the computer out the window. Is anyone else having this issue?
