Hello,
my inbox is full of emails that get kicked back to me. it keeps telling me mail delivery failed: returning to sender. I have 26 emails just from yesterday alone. I can't have this. I really need my email to work. I spoike to one of the reps. on AIM and they said they weren't an email expert and couldn't tell me anything about it. well that's not very helpful. I"m on a reseller account and have yet to open that up because I've been working on getting my site together first. I don't want to open up the hosting options until the emails are fixed. can someone please look into this for me?

I am not sure, but there is a variant of the Klez virus that spoofs its email address when sending emails from an infected computer. I had that problem for about 2 weeks on one email account I have. It will eventually fade out. Its on someone else's computer and is sending out emails with your email addy. Thier computer will die, or they will fix it. Just wait it out...

You'll need to send an email to our support team if your problem isn't solved by one of the support reps.
That is a very strange problem though, and it sounds like what Patrick is saying may be some good input. Please email support, though. |
