Ive been in correspondance with surpass on email, and I keep pasting the error email I get plus all headers as requested as well as my username/password and i still get a response back saying "sorry whatever your trying to send in an attachment isnt coming through, please paste inside the ticket window"

I've sent my message back inside and outside the "ticket' window, just to make sure the message is being recieved.

I'm not sending anything as an attachment

If anyone actually reads this.. here is the message i was getting when i try and send email. I have no filters or spam assassin on etc

(plus the same message for every email address i try to send to)

this is the error I keep getting (Ive omitted the email addresses for privacy) but i KNOW that these addresses are valid as the people were able to send from them the same time i got the error at my end..

Im tired of getting no help or even a response on the forum in relation to email

Im sorry but i will probably be cancelling my webhosting at the end of the next billing the price of the service isnt really worth the hassles ive been having constantly since i started using surpass for my email server.

Previously i just had my website here and mailserver elsewhere, without problems, and i thought by having my mail with surpass as well would be great, as I haven't had a problem with my webserver side of things.

I really hope someone can help me with both problems,
