Hold Copy Of Emails On Server. Is This An Option?

Hello,

I need to receive my email at two computers. I have an email account with my ISP as well and I configured Outlook to "hold a copy of my emails on the server for 3 days".

This works fine with my ISP's email but not with my surpass email. Sometimes I received an error message "server doesn't support this function" or something like that but I ignored it and still got my email on both computers.
Now it really doesn't work anymore.

Can I configure my mailbox so that it does support this function again?
