when i was at home my email worked fine with both the pop3 and smtp set to mail.whythingssuck.com
im back at school now and i can no longer send mail out with the smtp set as mail.whythingssuck.com, but the pop3 still works for incoming mail. basically, I need to know what i need to change the smtp to in order to get the outgoing to work. |

The ISP your school is using probably doesn't allow use of port 25 (or something like that). Just change your SMTP to mail.yourISP.com (or.net or whatever it is) and it should work fine.
