Using the filtering option in CPanel, is there a way to "copy anything from x address to y address"?

i.e. A message to abcdomain.com when it comes in, is sent to abcdomain.com as well as xyzdomain.com?

N715DP,

I'm not so sure about "filtering", but you can set up any number of "forwarders".

Forwarders might be an easier option.

Here is another answer.

YES. You can use filters to forward emails.

Forwarders, I don't think, are what I am looking for... I would still like the email to be sent to "abcdomain.com", and also be copied to "xyzdomain.com"

For setting up a filter, any idea what I would need to enter to set it up?

First, in your 'Add Filter' section, choose the "TO" option.

Then add the address that you want forwarded in the blank box.

Then add the address you want the mail sent to in the "Destination" box.

Choose "Activate" and then test it to make sure it works.

This looks more to me like a forwarding script than a copying script...

I have tried to look up information on this at exim's site as well as at CPanel's site with no luck.

Still looking for how to create a filter that will copy all mail that comes to one address.

Perhaps I should not have used the phrase, "...that you want forwarded..." in my last response.

Just a suggestion, but why don't you try it and see if it does what you want it to do?

On the add filter screen, if I enter the source address (abc) and the destination address (xyz) all mail get's sent to xyz and not to abc, I tried adding the word "copy" into the equation and the filter stopped working
