I figured I might as well post this up here to see if anyone else is having problems before sending support a trouble ticket.
Here's the story: earlier today I was able to log into my e-mail accounts through Outlook Express with absolutely no problem. Everything was configured properly, and everything ran smoothly. However, about half an hour ago, when I tried logging in again, it refused to acknowledge my password, even though it was the correct one. Thinking it was an error on my part, I tried again, with the same result. I even went as far as to remove the account and re-create it, yet to no avail. So why exactly am I posting this here, instead of bringing it up with support? Like I said before, I would like to see if anyone else is having this sort of problem before consulting with support, so that I can narrow it down to either A: it's a server problem, B: it's an account problem, or C: it's a computer problem. So... anyone else? :ask: |

I'm having the same problem, it just started a few minutes ago. I tried changing the PW in CPanel, and it still said it was wrong in Outlook Express. The problem is also happening with Web Mail though, so it must not be an OE configuration thing either.
I'm on the Pico server, what about you guys? I noticed that on my main mail account that was created by default, it works as usual, but the address I created manually is having this problem. This is the error OE gives: Quote:

That's the exact error I've been getting!

Oh, and I'm on Pico also, if it has anything to do with the server. [EDIT: Trouble ticket sent. Hopefully I'll receive an answer soon.] |

I've had the same issue occur to me (see this thread); however, it hasn't happened again in a while.
The problem does tend to clear up in a few hours.
