Ok, let me explain, i create an email account by

cpanel > mail > add acount > etc

but then how can i access it from the web? the only chance i see is via cpanel but i can not share the password with any worker in my company

so how can they access to the webmail just usinf their username and password, our domain is riolatino.com

Use this address:

That will direct them to your webpage format. They need to input their full email address and then their password, and it will offer them a choice of three different webmail proggys

Alternatively, you can direct them to the following URLS to force them to use a particular one:

Neomail
www.yourdomain.com:2095/neomail/neomail.pl

Horde
www.yourdomain.com:2095/horde/index.php]

SquirrelMail
www.yourdomain.com:2095/3rdparty/squirrelmail/index.php

Also, you could setup a subdomain like 'webmail' and point it at any one of those addresses and it would take them into that program. That way they would only type webmail.yourdomain.com

just suppose cause is not real, an screen apears me when i go there riolatino.com/webmail asking me for a username and a password, i use the same that i especify when i create the acount

and i can not access

is there an specific way to put the login or the password or has an extension?

I did it and does not work, its appears the login windows but it doesnt work at the 4th time apears Access Deny, and i have created 2 accounts with diferents login names and passwords and doesnt work

really i cant understand it works suddenly, and is very extrange cause by using an specific login does not work, but only using this login name, i will report it to the support staff
