It seems I am...

It seems I am having problems sending email to some of my friends. Bounced back with the following message...

host smtp.secureserver.net[216.69.186.201] said:
550 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited. (in reply to DATA command)

Looks like my SPF is not valid. What could be wrong. Looked my spf and it seemed to include my server and everything. Note: My DNS is hosted by DNS made easy.

So I sent an email to my work and looked at the header and noticed this...

Humm... Looks like we are now sending email over a relay? Is this to prevent us from sending out spam?

If this is correct, then I need to add mfilter.dimenoc.com to my spf txt field. I have added:

a:mfilter.dimenoc.com

Is this correct or do I need to do something else to fix this problem?

Thanks,

WHM feature packages gone on pass60

The feature...

The feature packages in the WHM, where you can create sets of features to apply to different types of accounts for your own clients, have all gone on pass60. Surpass is aware of the problem (ticket no: 66909), but can't restore them.

Its not a big issue as all previously set features are still active -as far as I know. But Pass60 is having a hard time lately. Today it had some maintenance -again, after the RAID was restored earlier this week, and it's has been rebuilt before not long ago.

This is just a a heads up for other people using pass60.
