sometime that happens, i think you should contact to service provider. or may be you are getting the explorer problem. i suggest to use the firefox.

I'd like a server status page as well. I know it's available via cpanel, but if you can't access your account, it's not much good.
A server status page would also perhaps help by reducing the flow of support tickets - If we know there is a problem and it's being dealt with, there would be no need to send a ticket.

I agree. We need a status page independent of our cpanel for exactly the reason hmphoto said.

Can you direct me to this page or its substitute?

Failing that it appears that server PASS43 is down and there is NO INFORMATION in that particular server's thread. :-(
