1 more question, can I move a shared AND reseller account to my dedicated server? Figure I might as well host all my sites on one box if possible.

Absolutely. You can host multiple shared and reseller accounts on a dedicated box -- as many as you want. It's all yours.

I have a fey costumers who have TV or Radio stations and wont to stream there Radio or TV on the NET.
I have the most positive experience with surpass and I do not wont to search on google and afraid for the quality of the service. I wish surpass to offer live audio(Shoutcast )/video streaming so I can sleep peaceful and do not worry about the quality of service, the support and the price.

Have you considered a dedicated server / VPS account? sc_serv is very easy to administer -- just takes a little bit of Linux knowledge.
