Are there any packages or servers that have Flash Media Server installed?

None of our shared servers offer this, but you could definitely set it up on a dedicated server. Can you provide a link to the software?

It's quite expensive if you want the full blown thing. Streaming server is about $1,000, full is about $4,000. You could probably do something with Red5 though, it's a nice free open-source alternative.

I actually was looking at Red5 as an alternative. Do you have any Comments about this H?

Could I set this up on a VPS?

You could do that on a VPS, but you'll probably run into issues with resource usage limits. You're probably best off going directly to a dedicated server.

Thats what I was thinking as well. Thanks for the info. Whats the process of upgrading an account?

Purchase the server and then request a move via support ticket. Then cancel your account once the move is complete, and ask for a credit refund (if possible, they'll refund the time you didn't use, if on a yearly basis).

If you're going from shared or reseller to a dedicated server, just order the server as a new user, have support move your accounts over, and then cancel the reseller account.
