Exclamation Fix Auto Billing

Well once again I'm stuck manually paying for my package since the auto billing feature doesn't work.

I'm about to pay for the full package price right up front since the monthly billing system is always screwed up...

Seriously fix the billing system already.

Time and time again we have been told these issues wouldn't happen again but they do!

For shared/reseller those with autmatic billing are not charged until the 1st of the month (which is when the invoice says it is due). It is opened on the 25th to give you a notice that it was opened and gives you plenty of time to login and pay with a different CC if you need before auto pay goes through.

I know last month we had problems processing auto payments but we do have a backup plan in place so it is taken care of before suspension notices are incorrectly sent.

Epic fail. I just got a Suspend Notice for failure to pay my fees. Why is it so difficult for Surpass to fix this?

Please contact me you are having trouble with billing or noticed any problems with our systems. Until we have a 100% custom built solution which has been in the works there will be small quirks that we will resolve and work on as you report these issues.

BE GLAD you are paying manually. I put a credit card on file, I added extra bandwidth for one month only due to a script that had run amok which was cured. I then got a bill the next month for $30 instead of $15. I politely asked them to adjust it; they said they would. Today I got a nasty gram suspension notice. I then put in ANOTHER trouble ticket reminding them they were supposed to adjust the invoice for $15, not $30.

Guess what they did next?

CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $30. I'M PRETTY HOT ABOUT IT AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO THE TROUBLE TICKET, JUST HELPED THEMSELVES TO MY CARD. And this after being a customer since 2005. And after the 24 hour outage last month? I just LOVE being kicked in the teeth.
