have totally finished the website

yes thats, right this is the second time the site was posted without EVERYTHING done..

this is the second time that its happened... where I click links and its not going anywhere, when it says click this... and nothing happens..

I'm embarrassed honestly.

How about doing something useful and listing places where it doesn't correctly link or do anything? Not saying it's completely done, but I ran through quite a bit of it and found it very much complete.

ah yes.. that only takes 5 minutes to find the issues, and hours to solve it...

customizing servers in the dedicated section.. for one

and costs for optional features, thats always nice to know.

such as a restore, or dedicated ip address, the ones you might need, but won't need everyday..

and a CLEARER and more concise link to the help desk...

So... it would only take you a few minutes to report the issues. You wouldn't go to your doctor and say you feel sick and tell him to find out what your symptoms are. Provide enough information so that they only have to try to replicate it and then they can look at resolving it. If you don't want to do that, don't bother reporting an issue.

ok...

did you program the site?? if so the comments are directed towards you..

if not, the comments are not directed towards you.

I do not need to go into detail on whats wrong, when its clear that those programming the site will get it and understand whats wrong with the site.

its that simple.

No, I didn't program the site, but I am a software developer. And trust me, comments like yours are of no help at all, pretty much to the point where we'd ignore them until they provided more information. I doubt Surpass hired a QA person to ensure the site is perfect in every manner, which is generally who would look at a comment like yours and try testing anything you vaguely mention.

Simply put: Reporting an issue should be detailed enough that someone who didn't work on that part of the project should be able to follow your steps to replicate.
