I wish that Surpass would reactive all 9 of my domains.
I am sorry I let the bill slip but it's been paid, so could you please flip the switch for me? Thanks.

It took WAY too long to reinstate service. I am so SORRY that my CC was stolen and that made you wait 2 DAYS to get your 10 bucks, but I appreciate losing my website for for over 36 hrs!

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. If your uptime was important I wish you could have asked for special accommodation or to speak with Management, we would have been able to take care of your request. You were most likely suspended by the billing system for nonpayment. You mentioned two things in this post, 1) that you let the bill slip and 2)that your CC was stolen. I would suggest yearly Paypal payment to avoid these issues. Please let us know if you have any other questions, sorry for the trouble once again.
