Fix the submit/browse buttons on ticket submission form.
With FF3 anyway, the submit button seems to overlap the browse button. Check the image out:

Hmmmm you should not be seeing that theme still.
The new theme matches the website completely. Please check in https://www.ninjacloak.com/ I think you're still going to old DNS.

Must have been something either left over in my cache or cookies. I cleared out all of my cache, browsing history, cookies, etc... and now I see the new interface. How bizarre. Was it storing the theme setting in my cookie or something?

I too must not have the correct DNS information.. because I get the old desk.
However, I think this has always been an issue, because I NEVER saw a submit button next to the attachment stuff. I remember browsing for files a few times, and I just assumed it used the form submit to attach or something, but it never worked for me. Maybe it was the other way around before and browse covered up submit? Anyways, the new helpdesk looks really cool! |
