It's quite alright. I sent a ticket into Billing (I forgot which one to send it to)... b/c my account still says pending, even the money been taken.

I've checked both emails that I signed with: my yahoo and my domain email. Nothing yet. I'm not concerned yet.

the reason for the policy is because we were getting hit with spammers who abused automatic account creation and began spamming the second the account was active. and that didn't make the others on the box too happy as they got blacklisted for just being on the on box with one bad apple.

Spammers are ridiculously stupid.

No problem. At least I'm getting an answer to questions unlike my old host who just ignored the situation. They close on the 31st. And I just found out today... so... I'm ready to leave them.

I already feel at home here.
