Hello
Hi My name is Derrick I'm 20 years old and I'm a nice guy the only time i'm mad is when somebody piss me off other then that im a nice guy to get along with i have 2 websites one is being looked into and thy other is ok i know this is a introduction but i'm also looking for people to help me with my website if you are very good at html/php and that other stuff i dont know about please pm me on the forum if the if we all work together we can make my site big so yea thats all lol bye

Hi I am Rastko,
I am posting here because I do not know how to : 1. Create a new thread in the forum ? (using mac osx) I have an account and I wish to install Mambo. When I try to install Mambo on my acc. Fantastico says : something like : "conflicting files please delete .htaccess and images folder" Ok...so I am wise and I install in a new folder....it installs but then everything on the page is without styling and the admin panel is without a very important menu... I think that this is because it is not installed in the root ?! Is it possible to delete .htaccess ? Is it wise ? I would love Mambo running asap....please help.. I could try transfering the install files manually and then installing Mambo but I would rather use Fantastico as I live in Iran and the internet connection is terrible yours Rastko from Mashad (lonely planet says it all :" we don't know why would you stay longer in this town.." rastko says : "10 minutes is OK...the milk shake is great!" |

Try downloading it and installing manually. See if that yields the same results. That said, I've not known Fantastico to go too wrong before...
