Smile Greetings!

Hello everyone,

It's Sean here from the land down under, Australia. Am looking forward to joining Surpass by December, when my current plan with an unreliable host ends. So I'm really hoping that things would change here at Surpass.

Does anyone knows if the autumn promotion (double storage and bandwidth space) goes on for as long as you're signed up or only for the initial period that you signed up for. I'm thinking of joining on a monthly basis before making the year long commitment but if the promotion is only valid for the first month/year I would then go for the year-long plan.

Thanks and hope to be chatting soon.

Hi,

I apologize for any confusion about the promotion - the promotion itself is only for the month of November. The amounts of space and bandwidth you get are for as long as you have the plan. You just wouldn't be able to order any of those plans after November is over.

If you have any other questions, please let us know, and welcome to Surmunity.

Welcome Elynsynos - I was lucky enough to visit Australia many years ago and found the country and people to be fantastic. Would love to go back someday to see more.

Closest that I've been to Austrailia was Singapore... and while there I consumed a delicious New Zeeland t-bone steak. Yummy.
