Helena here and I just wanted to say Hi

I've been stuck with a crappy host for a while now and since I heard nothing but good about Surpass I thought I'd try it out (too bad I missed the double bandwidht/space thing, I signed up in November but I guess you can't have it all when you don't investigate before signing up

Anyways, I've only been here for a little under two weeks but still it feels like I have had more uptime here during this time than I had with my old host for the last year

I've already had to contact support and the replies have been very fast and helpful! This seems like a good place to be

Welcome to the forums and thank you for signing up. Where are you from?

If you signed up in November you can still have double bandwidth and space. Just send a ticket to the sales division (https://desk.surpasshosting.com) and tell them that you forgot to put in the coupon. They can then modify your order and add the bandwidth and space.
